About The Space
With its 2,200 sqft space, it is spacious and fully functional to host any corporate and private events as well as team building events.
The space is designed to fit comfortably up to 100 pax.
Ample parking lots are available outside the Event Space.
First floor unit where external vendors can park directly outside the venue for easier loading and unloading.
Return of the Space
1. The space must be returned in the same state as it was provided to you.
2. All moved items must be back in their original position.
3. Housekeeping must be done before leaving:
i.e
• All trash must be discarded and placed in the green bin at the entrance.
• No spills or lasting stains on the furniture or flooring
• Please sweep up any food crumbs, clean up spillage of liquid or vomit
• All decorations, props or set up must be taken down
• All lights, water points, powerpoints and air con to be switched off
(Except for those with a DO NOT SWITCH OFF label)
• Ensure all doors are locked upon leaving.

How to book?
Viewing of venue before booking:
• Viewing of venue is available before booking the space.
How do we book?
• Do WhatsApp us to enquire.
• Let us know your event type, date and time and we will advise on the availability.
Setting up venue earlier:
• Yes, you may go 30 mins earlier to do your set up before the actual booking time.
How long in advance do we need to confirm my booking?
Our space is subjected to availability and is booked on a first come first served basis upon payment to secure the date & time.
Do let us know your preferred date and we will secure the venue for you upon payment.
Can I cancel or postpone my booking after confirmation?
Unfortunately you are unable to cancel the booking after confirmation, but you can postpone your booking.

Payment & Pricing
Do I need to pay in full to confirm my booking?
• Yes. A full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• A security deposit is required upon booking and it is refundable after the event unless we waived off.
Which payment mode do you accept?
• Paynow to UEN 202338533H
• Bank Transfer
• Cheque payment
Are there any other
hidden charges?
• The booking fee indicated in the website is NETT price.
• The other fee is "Security Deposit" which we will refund back to you 1-day after event.
• There is no cleaning fee, thus, you have to clean the premises after using it.
